We launched Nudge Care Copilot to give doctors the missing functionality they've always wanted directly inside their EHR.
After speaking with numerous clinics, one theme came up repeatedly: clinicians spend far too much valuable time manually looking up patient data and re-calculating common risk scores. Because searching across historical records is time-consuming, missing information often leads to calculators running on inaccurate default values.
To solve this, we are released today 3 new risk calculators in preview: QRISK3, PREVENT, and HOMA-IR, in preview mode.
An overview of a patient's risk profile
Evidence-based risk scoring is vital for preventive care, but looking at scores in isolation doesn't give you the full picture. Nudge Care brings multiple population-relevant risk assessments together so you can evaluate a patient's overall health status at a glance.
Most importantly, every value you calculate is integrated into a historical trendline, transforming static numbers into an actionable clinical trajectory. Rather than viewing isolated calculations, you get a dynamic health story you can review with your patients to guide personalized care plans.
Automated Lab Ingestion: When you upload a patient’s blood test results, Nudge Care automatically populates available fields, pre-calculates relevant risk scores, and surfaces them for your clinical validation.

How to use the feature
If you want to calculate a risk factor, and add manually any missing information, you may go under the "Insights" tab, choose "Calc", and click on the "Add" button. On the relevant screen, you can choose the biomarker, select the time period for which is calculated, and you will find the calculator with pre-filled any available information.

Metabolic Health: Metabolic Syndrome (5 criteria), HOMA-IR, TyG Index
Liver Function: FIB-4 Index
Kidney Function: eGFR (CKD-EPI 2021)
Thyroid Function: TSH
Biological Age: PhenoAge
